Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your order. Your approval and submission of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure and schedule the installation. The remaining balance is due in full immediately upon completion of installation and must be paid on-site while the technician is still present. Failure to remit payment on the same calendar day will result in a late fee of $100 per day, accruing daily until the balance is paid in full.

Upon approval of this proposal, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt. Once the deposit is received, all necessary materials will be ordered and a formal installation date will be confirmed.

Installation Conditions

To ensure optimal installation results, the following conditions must be met::

• 1.- Installation must occur in a dust-free, climate-controlled (air-conditioned) environment.
• 2.- Glass surfaces must be cleaned with 99% isopropyl alcohol prior to film application.
• 3.- Drilling into window or door frames may be required for electrical connections or optimal film performance.
• 4.- Clients are responsible for ensuring unobstructed access to the work area, including clearance around installation zones and access to electrical outlets.

Important: The client must ensure that the area where installation is to be performed is fully accessible at the scheduled time. If any objects, furniture, equipment, or personal belongings are obstructing access to the installation area, Deluxe Smart Film is not responsible for moving or handling them, and will not be liable for any damage caused by obstructions or delays arising from such conditions.

Glass Condition Disclaimer

Smart Film requires pristine surfaces for proper adhesion and function. Deluxe Smart Film is not liable for performance issues related to:

• 1.- Pre-existing glass damage (cracks, chips, or scratches)
• 2.- Contaminated, dirty, or poorly maintained surfaces

A flawless finish cannot be guaranteed on compromised glass. The client acknowledges these limitations.

Post-Installation Care

To protect the integrity and lifespan of your Smart Film:

• 1.- Clean only with microfiber cloths and 99% isopropyl alcohol
• 2.- Do not use ammonia-based, abrasive, or chemical cleaners

Cancellation Policy

Once a proposal is accepted and the deposit is received:

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations after acceptance result in forfeiture of the deposit

Warranty

All installations by Deluxe Smart Film certified professionals include a one-year limited warranty.

Warranty covers:

• 1.- Performance issues due to installation errors

Warranty does not cover:

• 1.- Physical damage by the client or third parties
• 2.- Misuse, improper cleaning, or neglect
• 3.- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
• 4.- Glass-related issues (scratches, cracks, or adhesion failure on damaged surfaces)

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Quality Control

• All products undergo rigorous quality control and functionality testing before shipment.
• Once products are shipped or picked up by the client or their designated carrier, Deluxe Smart Film bears no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or defects incurred during transit or after delivery.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer immediately upon release of the product from our warehouse.
• Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt and file any damage claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and installing smart film products from Deluxe Smart Film, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following

• 1.- The client assumes full responsibility for the product's installation, maintenance, and usage.
• 2.- Deluxe Smart Film shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, property damage, consequential damages, or financial losses resulting from improper installation or misuse.
• 3.- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Deluxe Smart Film, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims arising from the installation or use of the product.
• 4.- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.

Acknowledgement

By confirming an order with Deluxe Smart Film, the client expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The client further waives any right to dispute claims related to product performance or installation quality if the product was not installed by a Deluxe Smart Film-certified professional.
