About Deluxe Smart Film®
Deluxe Smart Film is a switchable-film installer based in Opa-locka, twenty minutes from downtown Miami. We apply PDLC smart film to existing glass in homes, condos, offices, medical practices, hotels and storefronts across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. More than 500 projects so far, every one measured, installed and warrantied by our own team.

Who we are
Our founder, Awadrey Delgado, came to smart film from commercial electrical work, where he became the youngest foreman at a firm of more than 1,800 people. That background is why our installations are as much about clean low-voltage wiring, transformer placement and sealed edges as they are about the film itself. He established Deluxe Smart Film® in 2020 and runs it today with our Vice President, Rosali Rodriguez, and a team of technicians trained through our own Deluxe Smart Film Academy.
What we do — and what we don't
Our core product is switchable smart film; as a complement we also install solar-control, safety and decorative window film on the same glass. We don't replace glass and we don't tint cars. Because every job is the same product on different glass, we've solved the problems that make or break a smart film install in South Florida: humidity at the film edge, transformers in damp cabinets, thermal load on sun-facing impact glass, and condo-board paperwork. How a project works
- A free on-site measurement anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach.
- A written quote priced per square foot ($55 to $90 installed, depending on film grade, size and complexity) with the transformer location and control method agreed in advance.
- Installation — most residential jobs finish in a single day; offices are often done after hours.
- A walk-through of the switch, remote, app or voice control you chose.
- A two-year warranty covering the film, the transformer and controller, and our labor, including the edge seal.
Licensed, insured and local
We are licensed and insured in Florida and provide certificates of insurance and a written scope for condominium associations and HOAs on request.
