These Installation Terms & Conditions ("Installation Terms") govern all installation services performed by Deluxe Smart Film® LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By approving an estimate, signing a proposal, scheduling an installation, paying a deposit, or permitting work to begin, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Installation Terms.

These Installation Terms are incorporated into and should be read together with the Company's: Terms of Sale, Warranty Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, Measurement Accuracy Policy, Privacy Policy, Website Terms & Conditions, Limitation of Liability Policy, Disclaimer, and all other applicable Company policies.
