This Policy forms part of the legally binding agreement between the Company and its customers and should be read together with our Terms of Sale, Installation Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, Product Care & Maintenance Guide, Measurement Accuracy Policy, Privacy Policy, Website Terms & Conditions, Limitation of Liability Policy, Disclaimer, and all other applicable Company policies.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Warranty Policy is the exclusive warranty governing all products and installation services provided by Deluxe Smart Film® LLC.
