Certification Program Agreement

This Certification Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Deluxe Smart Film® LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the individual or business enrolling in a certification program ("Participant," "Student," "Applicant," or "Certified Installer," if certification is awarded).

By registering for, purchasing, attending, or participating in any certification program offered by Deluxe Smart Film® LLC, the Participant agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the Company's Online Course Terms & Conditions, Installer Agreement, Digital Product License Agreement, Terms of Sale, Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Warranty Policy, Trademark Notice, Copyright Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Limitation of Liability Policy, Disclaimer, and all other applicable Company policies.
