These restrictions apply regardless of whether the collection is manual or automated.

15. Watermarks & Copyright Management Information

Users shall not remove, obscure, alter, or falsify: Copyright notices, Watermarks, Metadata, Digital rights management information, Ownership information, Attribution notices, or Embedded licensing information.

16. Monitoring & Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to monitor public use of its copyrighted materials, investigate suspected infringement, issue cease-and-desist notices, submit DMCA takedown requests, pursue civil remedies, seek injunctive relief, recover damages where available, and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Notice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Before commencing litigation, the Parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through informal negotiations.
