    This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the access to and use of the websites, products, services, digital content, online platforms, certification programs, installer programs, software, customer portals, training materials, communications, and all other products or services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Deluxe Smart Film Corp ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

    This Policy is intended to protect our customers, partners, installers, students, employees, intellectual property, technology, and business operations while promoting the lawful, ethical, and secure use of our Services.

    By accessing or using any Company Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

    This Policy is incorporated into and should be read together with the Company's Website Terms & Conditions, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright Notice, Trademark Notice, Online Course Terms & Conditions, Certification Program Agreement, Installer Agreement, Digital Product License Agreement, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability Policy, and all other applicable Company policies.

    1. General Responsibilities

    Users agree to: Act honestly and professionally, Provide accurate information, Respect the rights of others, Follow applicable laws, Protect Company intellectual property, Use Services only for legitimate purposes, and Follow all published Company policies.

    2. Lawful Use

    Users shall not use the Services in violation of any applicable: Federal laws, State laws, Local laws, Consumer protection laws, Export regulations, Intellectual property laws, Privacy laws, Data protection laws, Employment laws, or Safety regulations.

    3. Account Security

    Users are responsible for: Protecting passwords, Maintaining account confidentiality, Preventing unauthorized access, Promptly reporting suspected security incidents, and Logging out from shared devices.

    Users may not share login credentials unless expressly authorized under a multi-user license.

    4. Acceptable Communications

    Users shall communicate with Company personnel and other Users respectfully.

    Users may not: Harass, Threaten, Intimidate, Discriminate, Defame, Use obscene language, Engage in abusive conduct, Spam Company representatives, or Submit fraudulent complaints.

    5. Prohibited Activities

    Users shall not: Commit fraud, Impersonate another person, Use false identities, Submit false warranty claims, Submit fraudulent chargebacks, Circumvent payment systems, Interfere with Company operations, Access unauthorized systems, Attempt unauthorized logins, Upload malware, Introduce viruses, Launch denial-of-service attacks, Reverse engineer Company software, Copy proprietary materials, Scrape Company websites, Harvest customer information, Disrupt Company networks, Abuse customer support, Use Services for illegal purposes, Engage in deceptive trade practices, or Violate this Policy or any other Company agreement.

    6. Fraud & Misrepresentation

    Users shall not: Misrepresent certification status, Misrepresent installer status, Use counterfeit products, Forge Company documents, Alter invoices, Falsify training records, Submit forged insurance certificates, Make false advertising claims, Misrepresent warranty coverage, or Claim affiliation that does not exist.

    7. Website & System Security

    Users shall not: Scan Company systems for vulnerabilities, Attempt unauthorized access, Circumvent authentication, Modify website functionality, Interfere with website performance, Exploit software vulnerabilities, Use automated attack tools, Attempt privilege escalation, or Access restricted content.

    8. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Systems

    Without prior written authorization, Users shall not: Use bots to scrape Company websites, Collect Company data for AI training, Use Company content to train machine learning models, Train large language models using Company materials, Generate competing products using Company content, Perform automated extraction of proprietary information, or Circumvent technical protections using automated systems.

    This restriction does not prohibit lawful use of publicly available search engines or activities expressly permitted by applicable law.

    9. Intellectual Property

    Users shall respect all Company intellectual property. Without written authorization, Users shall not: Copy Company materials, Reproduce manuals, Share training videos, Republish digital products, Remove copyright notices, Use Company trademarks improperly, Distribute proprietary documentation, or Create derivative commercial works.

    10. Product Misuse

    Users shall not: Install Products contrary to Company instructions, Modify electrical components, Alter safety features, Misrepresent Product capabilities, Remove warning labels, Use Products in unsafe environments, or Install Products where prohibited by applicable law or building codes.

    Improper installation or misuse may void warranty coverage.

    11. Certification & Installer Conduct

    Certified Installers and authorized businesses shall: Follow Company installation procedures, Maintain professional workmanship, Represent certification accurately, Maintain required licenses and insurance, Follow applicable safety standards, and Conduct business ethically.

    Failure to comply may result in suspension or revocation of certification or installer status.

    12. Reviews & Testimonials

    Users may submit honest reviews based on genuine experiences. Users shall not: Post fake reviews, Purchase reviews, Offer deceptive incentives for reviews, Publish knowingly false statements, or Misrepresent personal experiences.

    13. User-Generated Content

    Users remain responsible for all content they submit. Users shall not submit content that: Violates the law, Infringes intellectual property rights, Contains malware, Is defamatory, Is fraudulent, Is obscene, Promotes illegal activities, Invades another person's privacy, or Violates contractual obligations.

    The Company reserves the right to remove content that violates this Policy.

    14. Third-Party Services

    The Company's Services may integrate with third-party providers. The Company is not responsible for: Third-party websites, Payment processors, Shipping carriers, Cloud providers, Social media platforms, or External software.

    Users remain subject to the third party's applicable terms.

    15. Monitoring & Enforcement

    To protect its business and users, the Company may, consistent with applicable law: Monitor account activity, Review login activity, Review security logs, Investigate suspected violations, Restrict access, Suspend accounts, Remove content, Report unlawful activity, Cooperate with law enforcement, and Pursue legal remedies.

    16. Suspension or Termination

    The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Policy, including: Fraud, Repeated policy violations, Intellectual property infringement, Threats or harassment, Unauthorized access attempts, Chargeback abuse, Security risks, Criminal activity affecting the Services, or Material breach of Company agreements.

    Suspension or termination does not entitle a User to a refund unless required by applicable law.

    17. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Smart Film® Corp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from violations of this Policy or from the Company's enforcement actions taken in good faith.

    18. Indemnification

    Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deluxe Smart Film Corp, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from: Breach of this Policy, Misuse of the Services, Violation of applicable law, Infringement of third-party rights, Unauthorized use of Company intellectual property, or Fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

    19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Before initiating litigation, the Parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through informal negotiations.
